Jains Kences Retreat, Chennai: Post1

At last, Jains seems to be handing over the Kencses retreat flat . The flat is located at Virugambakkom, Chennai.
It has been a bit long wait and uncertainty. The reasons of delay may be reasonable, but the way they handled the customer queries gives a very bad picture. We were expecting a much more professional approach from Jains.

With the downward trend in real estate, Jains may find it difficult to sustain, unless they are giving attention to the 'customer satisfaction' factor.

Now, I am looking for options to do some kind of interior works. I wonder, if some body can give me an idea of interior options, as I have limited budget for this.
Last week, we have approached Syntex. The cost factor sounds good, but not too sure of the disadvantages. Am I taking a bad decision of going with Syntex? Yet to look into this.
